Lash Extensions

Ellipse (flat) lash extensions feature a flat, concave base instead of a traditional round shape. This lets them attach better to your natural lash while staying significantly lighter and more comfortable to wear.

They are up to 40 to 50% lighter, have a larger bonding surface for better retention, create a darker and fuller lash line, and place less stress on your natural lashes.

Their flat base creates a darker lash line, giving the illusion of more volume without adding extra weight.

Yes. When applied correctly by a trained lash artist, they are lightweight and gentle on your natural lashes, and proper lash selection helps protect their health.

Yes. Every set is fully customized. Choose from Natural, Doll Eye, Cat Eye, Fox Eye, Wispy, Kim K, Anime, Wet Look and more, with different lengths, curls (J, B, C, CC, D, L, M and specialty curls), and Classic, Hybrid, Volume or Mega Volume styles.

No. We do not charge by lash count. We apply as many extensions as your natural lashes can safely support to achieve your desired look, with no hidden charges.

All of our lash extension sets are unlimited. We apply extensions to every healthy natural lash to achieve the fullest look possible while keeping your natural lashes healthy. Please note that results will vary depending on the number, thickness, and health of your natural lashes, as well as your eye size and shape. Since every client is unique, the final appearance may differ from person to person.

With proper aftercare, they typically last 3 to 5 weeks. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

We do not recommend mascara on lash extensions. Our sets provide fullness and definition without it, and mascara can cause clumping, make lashes harder to clean, and reduce retention. If you want a fuller look, tell your lash artist and we can customize with different styles, curls, lengths, and volume techniques.

Avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours. After that, clean them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser.

Clean your lashes daily, avoid oil-based products around the eyes, do not rub or pick your lashes, brush them with a clean spoolie, and sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase whenever possible.

A full set usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Refills generally take 45 to 90 minutes.

Clients with active eye infections, severe eye allergies, recent eye surgery, or certain eye conditions should consult their lash artist before treatment.

Lash Refill Policy

A refill is allowed when at least 60% of the original lash set remains intact. Below 60%, the service is treated as a new full set at regular pricing.

Eligible refills are charged at 50% of the original full set price.

Yes, subject to verification and a lash assessment on the day of your visit. We verify interbranch lash services with the originating branch to ensure accuracy, fair pricing, and consistency.

The final assessment is made by our certified lash technician based on the actual condition of your lashes on the day of your visit.

Semi-Permanent Makeup

A cosmetic tattoo that enhances your natural features by implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin. It gradually fades over time.

Powder Brows create a soft, pixelated shaded effect similar to brow makeup, ideal for most skin types (especially oily) with strong long-term retention. Combination Brows add hair-like strokes at the front with soft powder shading through the body and tail, best for normal to dry skin and clients who want the look of natural hairs plus fullness.

Typically 1 to 3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, and aftercare. Powder Brows last around 1.5 to 3 years; eyeliner and lip blush usually 2 to 3 years.

Most clients feel only mild discomfort. Topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure.

Approximately 2 to 3 hours including consultation, mapping, numbing, and treatment.

Yes. A perfecting touch-up is recommended 6 to 8 weeks after your first session.

No. Brows appear darker immediately after the procedure and soften by about 30 to 40% during healing.

It enhances your natural lip color, symmetry, and definition. It does not add volume, but the added color creates the illusion of fuller lips and can neutralize uneven pigmentation before your target shade.

A cosmetic tattoo placed along the lash line to create fuller-looking lashes and defined eyes. Mild swelling is normal and usually resolves within 24 to 48 hours.

Initial healing takes 7 to 14 days. The final color settles within 4 to 8 weeks.

Pregnant or breastfeeding clients, those with active infections, uncontrolled diabetes, certain medical conditions affecting healing, or anyone taking blood thinners without medical advice.

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, avoid caffeine on the day, arrive with clean skin, hydrate your lips before Lip Blush, and remove contact lenses before Eyeliner.
